Scott Logic

Scott Logic

At Scott Logic, we transform our clients’ organisations by engineering innovative, bespoke software solutions that drive measurable value, whilst also enhancing the core strengths of their technology delivery capability.

At the heart of our way of working is the conviction that good service design solves problems, delivers on user needs, and applies not only to front-end software design but also to back-end data processing systems. That’s why we encourage clients to start by understanding user needs in order to guide all problem solving, and to provide the evidence you require to challenge the status quo.

We integrate user research and service design into the whole design and development process – a process which is iterative and incremental. Our designs evolve as additional insights become available, meaning that through collaboration, inspection and iteration, we produce service design solutions that are as innovative as they are user-centred.

Registers of Scotland

Registers of Scotland (RoS) is responsible for compiling and maintaining 20 public registers relating to land, property and other legal documents in Scotland. We’re an organisation with centuries of history, but a 21st century mandate to be an effective digital first asset for Scotland.

Recent developments include completing the digital land register, transforming land registration through improved digital services, and the launch of ScotLIS, our land and information service that facilitates public and professional access to comprehensive data about any piece of land or property in Scotland.

RoS is a dynamic organisation, with initiatives like our Innovation Centre, which enables us to explore and shape big ideas into tangible, transformational business change initiatives.

Our innovative approach is driven by our skilled, talented and flexible people, who are passionate about providing an effective service for the people of Scotland.
