About the session
If you want user-centred services to flourish in your organisation, you will need to design your organisation's operating model. But changing your operating model is a risky endeavour. Organisations are often complex systems where the law of unintended consequences reigns. Prototyping helps us to test assumptions and de-risk the grand ideas that so often fail on implementation. This session will cover principles and approaches for designing operating models:
